Returns Policy
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Returns made after this period may be denied.
- Refunds are not offered on any items.
Store Credit Timeline:
You can expect to receive your store credit within 7-10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-7 business days).
- Processing time once we receive your return (2-3 business days).

Return Shipping:
- All returns must be sent through traceable mail (with a tracking number).
- If an item is returned that is not eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If you received an incorrect or defective item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a return label.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Clothing with stains (including deodorant stains) will not be accepted.

Jewelry is not eligible for exchange or store credit due to:
- Color changes, skin color changes, or natural wear and tear.
- Certain metals may alter in color or variation over time due to contact with water, soap, skin oils, sunlight, or oxygen.

- Not be purchased with any sale promotions.
Final Sales:
All sales are final for the following items:

- Jewelry (including custom-made and permanent jewelry).
- Hats.

- Bags.

- Beauty products/perfume.
- Lingerie/undergarments.
- Swimwear.
